The Leinster Championship is an annual inter-county hurling competition organized by the Gaelic Athletic Association Leinster Committee. Beginning of championship
The inaugural Leister Hurling Championship kicked off on Sunday, June 3rd, 1888, with an exciting match between Kildare and Dublin. It was the first time the two teams had faced each other, and it was a great start to the tournament.
